Everyone deserves support, especially during these times. As a therapist, I strive to create a nonjudgmental relationship that allows my clients to explore themselves and their lives as honestly and gently as possible. My clients have called me insightful, humorous and results oriented. Together we'll uncover the roots of your struggle and create new patterns of being in the world.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and addiction. I enjoy incorporating tangible tools to help clients feel empowered and in control of their lives. I also help clients ask deeper questions that might unearth some of the internal forces that drive their everyday behaviors.

I use evidence based modalities (i.e. EMDR, CBT, MI) along with techniques of psychoanalysis and Buddhist psychology. Together, we explore the subconscious, understand more clearly the why behind your habitual patterns, and also look at ways to practice techniques that work for you. Above all, I am compassionate and caring.
